This program places a strong emphasis on the fundamental aspects of volleyball. We provide instruction in essential skills such as passing, setting, serving, and hitting. As for our older athletes in this program, they receive more advanced training that encompasses position coverage, rotations, transitions, mastering proper movement, ball control, and a range of other key aspects. Throughout the program, we make use of various volleyball-related activities to ensure that the young participants remain both interested and fully engaged! Essentially, Developmental Volleyball is a mini beginner club team!
This program is similar to a club team in the sense that your athlete participates in several tournaments.
Our goal is for our athletes to progress from session to session, so we’d LOVE to see your athlete at BOTH of these winter sessions! There will be coaches who will work with returners and continue to build on what has already been learned.
We are expecting to have between 3-6 Premier Academy teams* from ages 10-12 years old. Each team will have between 8-10 athletes.
*This is tentative and subject to change.
$500 Non-Refundable Deposit check will be collected at tryouts. The check will be deposited upon accepting a position in The Premier Academy (this is applied toward your total). If a position is not offered or accepted, your check will be shredded.

* If a family pays in full, you will receive a 5% discount.
* We offer a 15% sibling discount.
* Families also have an option to enroll in a payment plan from September ($500 deposit) through March. Payments will be $412.50/month (October 1-March 1).
* Cost includes uniform package, two practices per week, and six local, developmental^ tournaments. Fees cover coaches’ pay, court costs, and Element fees.
