All Skills will cover all of the fundamental skills of volleyball including serving, passing, setting/using your hands, attacking, blocking, and defense.
Attacking / Setting will focus on hitting form and technical application of attacking types. This session is also for setters and will focus on setting form, footwork, movement, set selection, and hitter connection.
Passing / Defense will focus on passing form and technical application of defense. Coaches will teach form, movement, platform angles, footwork, reading the attacker, and more.
Registrants need to have at least 2 years of volleyball experience.
